Originally from Dove creek/Cortez CO area but moved to Farmington NM at a young age. He graduated from NM State University in 1974 with a Bachelors of Business Administration. Became a Realtor in 1975 and when he purchased San Juan Realty in 1976 he became a Qualifying Broker. He has a background in sales with selling cars for about 10 years, was a Congressional Aid for approximately 10 years as well. In 1999 he settling back into the office as San Juan Realty and near the end of 2010 he stepped back in as the active QB. Richard enjoyed doing remodels and selling them and in the last 6+ years he has started doing new construction

Graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a Bachelor's of Science in Psychology in 2009. She got into Real Estate and Property Management in 2011 and has been enjoying it ever since.
